Hi Guys, Has anyone fitted a diesel engine to a TACR2a as an alternative to the 3.5V8, whereby the PTO/Drive Train remains as standard?

All info would be appreciated. As the vehicle is still a working one the conversion is purely an economics one.

Cheers.

How about an LPG conversion?

Also it's not that uncommon among Landrover owners to swap petrol engines for diesels.

Often there's just an adapter plate between the existing bell housing and the new engine, from the gearbox back it remains just as it was.
