Hi Guys any tips for getting the flexi hose in place after fitting new tank to pump valve. The hose just seems to rigid to manipulate into place. Thanks.

You have my sympathy, I remember this as a pig of a job. If you have replaced the flexible pipe then the correct type is definitely key. I tried a corrugated version, which even with heat would never go on - the re-inforcing wire being the sticking point. In think I posted elsewhere, but Paris Hose & Ducting supply suitable replacement (John Dennis Coachbuilders use them) Maybe by now you have achieved it. Think from memory, plenty of washing up liquid along the pipe work. Keep one end unbolted, try and push the hose further in than it will sit when in place, bring it down in to position then pull the fitting back? Oh and when I did it, the benefit of three sets of hands. I invented a lot of new swear words along the way....
